Assists with the maintenance of grounds fixtures (benches, hydrants, signs, fences, hardscapes, etc.), walkways, and roadways located on campus including the power washing of building exteriors and campus infrastructure. Operates small equipment such as lawn mowers, blowers, edgers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, snow blowers, aerators, thatchers, weed eaters, and any other landscape-related power equipment.
