p>This title is part of the New York Hiring for Emergency Limited Placement Statewide Program (NY HELPS) and applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this position: Successful completion of Sections 1 and 2 of the New York Landscape Architect Registration Examination (LARE) and one year of experience planning and designing landscape development and site improvement projects, overseeing the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance of outdoor spaces and other open areas for transportation facilities, buildings, parks, historic sites, recreational facilities, campuses, gardens, playgrounds, and roads and highways; OR.
Duties include but may not be limited to:
• Assist with performing landscape architecture design and project management duties to complete complex architectural projects for new and rehabilitation of building plans and designs.
