The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • A Bachelors and/or Masters degree in landscape architecture • Minimum of 8 years of applicable design experience • Previous project management experience required • Experience with business development activities such as marketing proposals and client development • Professional licensure required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit, and/or GIS software desired • Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and internal team members • Experience in mentoring staff • Excellence in written communication, quantitative analysis, graphic design, urban design, presenting, and critical thinking skills.
