This is your chance to develop your legal skills and make a meaningful impact alongside experienced attorneys. Experience range 0 to 3 years.   Cunnigham & Mears has a position available for a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney to join our law firm. This position focuses on litigated matters but may also include some settlement files.  It is a full-time position that requires in person office attendance during our office hours.  In this role, you will provide direct legal counsel with clients, perform legal research, draft documents and maintain current file status using Practice Master case management software. You will gain litigation experience and have the opportunity to learn from our experienced litigation attorneys. This position is ideal for a young lawyer seeking to develop their skills in both all aspects of personal injury file handling, from client intake through civil pre-trial litigation.  Compensation is a fixed annual salary.
