Act as an attorney who represents TMLF and TMLF creditor clients in pre-litigation issues, foreclosure actions, bankruptcy, evictions, excess proceeds, and other litigation matters as assigned. Additional active law licenses in any of the following states are a plus: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, California, or Hawaii.
