This position offers a competitive starting salary, outstanding benefits package, employer matched 401K after 90 days, potential for incentives/bonus pay on top of base salary based on productivity, malpractice insurance, employer-paid Bar and CLE dues, paid time off, free parking (where applicable), and free company cell phone and laptop. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
<ul><li>Prepares and drafts legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence</li></ul><ul><li>Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders</li></ul><ul><li>Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases</li></ul><ul><li>Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify</li></ul><ul><li>Shall ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared</li></ul><ul><li>Shall promptly appear in court on all cases assigned</li></ul><ul><li>Shall handle all aspects of cases assigned to them</li></ul><ul><li>Performs administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings</li></ul><ul><li>Conducts legal research for particular issues</li></ul> Qualifications 
Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
<ul><li>J.D</li></ul><ul><li>Oklahoma license required</li></ul><ul><li>Family law experience is preferred but not required</li></ul><ul><li>Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience</li></ul> Company Description

Experience range 0 to 3 years.   Cunnigham & Mears has a position available for a Junior Litigation Associate Attorney to join our law firm. This position focuses on litigated matters but may also include some settlement files.  It is a full-time position that requires in person office attendance during our office hours.  In this role, you will provide direct legal counsel with clients, perform legal research, draft documents and maintain current file status using Practice Master case management software. You will gain litigation experience and have the opportunity to learn from our experienced litigation attorneys. This position is ideal for a young lawyer seeking to develop their skills in both all aspects of personal injury file handling, from client intake through civil pre-trial litigation.  Compensation is a fixed annual salary.
