You are ambitious with a growth mindset. You communicate excellently with clients and the team and offer creative solutions to family law issues. You have initiative and desire to and be part of a growing firm filled with opportunities.Competency for this requires:<ul><li>You are an efficient and effective communicator with clients, team members and all parties involved</li><li>You have excellent writing skills and can handle drafting the various motions, memoranda, and case pleadings</li><li>You embrace technology and consistently use the teams’ systems and practices to uncover a detailed and accurate financial picture for each case</li><li>You are a skilled negotiator and can successfully navigate mediation; you also are courtroom savvy and able to handle court hearings, and trial if needed.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:Ideally you have family law experience and are able to navigate your cases from start to finish.
