Priority will be given to candidates with substantial direct law firm experience working on sports-related transactions, such as, sponsorship agreements, naming rights agreements, multi-media rights agreements, procurement agreements, pouring rights agreements, franchise acquisition and disposition agreements, jersey patch agreements, merchandising agreements, venue development and operations agreements, advertising or promotional agreements, suite, club and premium seating licensing, concessionaire and food and beverage agreements, ticketing agreements, team and venue license agreements, joint venture agreements, and media right agreements.
