We draw on the diverse backgrounds of our attorneys to provide broader, more comprehensive perspectives for our clients. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Partner-level Employment Attorney to join our firm. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of litigation experience. This role is ideal for a litigator with strong trial experience, the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and the vision to help lead our growing practice. Our Employment Practice Group represents a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies and insurance carriers to municipalities, healthcare providers, and mid-sized businesses. This role combines the resources and reputation of a nationally recognized, multi-office firm with the collaboration and support of a close-knit team. Primary Job Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:square;margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Act as first-chair trial counsel in complex employment matters.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Lead strategy, case management, and litigation from investigation through resolution.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Work extensively with expert witnesses in preparing cases for trial.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Handle depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Supervise and mentor associate attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Travel as needed for client meetings, depositions, and trials.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Provide proactive and strategic legal counsel to clients, ensuring they are informed at every stage.</li></ul> Key Qualifications:<ul style="list-style-type:square;margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Licensed and in good standing in a Midwestern state and corresponding federal courts.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Minimum of ten (10) years of litigation experience, including 6-8 years of experience in employment law (plaintiff or defense).</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Experience working with experts in litigation.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Strong legal writing, organization, and case management skills.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Ability to manage a high volume of work accurately and efficiently, under tight deadlines.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed billable hours and revenue expectations.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Consistent and reliable attendance.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0px;font-size:11pt;font-family:'calibri' , sans-serif">Portable book of business is a plus but not required.</li></ul> Compensation and Benefits:<ul style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0px"><li
