Your Background Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another accredited engineering discipline, with a minimum of five years of experience in upstream oil and gas, including planning, development engineering, reserves, operations engineering, drilling and completions, or related technical disciplines. Working closely with reservoir, drilling, completions, production, facilities, midstream, land, commercial, and finance teams, you'll align development activities with corporate objectives, operational constraints, and capital allocation priorities.
