RESPONSIBILITIES: Estimate and sell various residential and commercial improvements and remodel jobs (in-person); Coordinate and manage these projects along with office team and field team; Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from estimate to post-completion; Leverage existing leads and develop new programs and markets along with management and marketing team; Develop and build relationships with customers, vendors, partners and local communities; Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of House Doctors STL; Mentor and develop future estimator/sales members; Assist in non-profit events affiliated with House Doctors brand.
