El Paso position only: an active New Mexico Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) license from the New Mexico Board of Nursing, New Mexico Board of Pharmacy controlled substance registration, and a separate DEA registration for New Mexico, to see residents at our Las Cruces community (New Mexico grants NPs full practice authority, so no physician agreement is needed there). Conduct 45 to 60 minute longevity visits built on a comprehensive geriatric assessment: what matters most to the resident, medication review and deprescribing, cognition (including the Mini-Cog), mood, sleep, nutrition, mobility, fall risk, daily function and advance care planning.
