Demonstrated experience in providing strengths-based coaching, EEC Director I or II and EEC Preschool and Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher certifications, prior experience with Head Start programs, and active CLASS reliability certification are highly preferred. Classroom support and observation (Up to 30%) Provide ongoing, evidence-based technical support and coaching for educators in areas such as classroom management, individualizing curriculum, and communication using tools such as CLASS, ECERS-R, ITERS, TPOT/TPITOS, and other classroom observation tools as needed.
