Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: **Required Experience/Skills:** - 2 years or more ICU experience - Experience with hemodynamic monitoring (swans, art lines) - Ventilator management - Strong critical thinking skills **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIH Stroke Scale **Preferred Skills/Experience:** - IABP (Intra-aortic Balloon Pump) exposure - CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) exposure - Meditech charting/order entry **Licensure:** - Active TX RN License (No temporary license accepted).
