WORK OBJECTIVE: This position operates and manages commercial properties, facility maintenance staff, and outside contractors for select properties throughout the NFTA such as; 485 Cayuga Road, 247 Cayuga Road, 235 Aero Drive, 175 Aero Drive, and Erie & Niagara County right of ways. Establish preventive maintenance programs, spare part inventories, resource requirements, project schedules, and controls for maintenance and capital projects, including providing overall technical direction, supervising work, and selecting and managing term contractors.
