Manage and take part in the lease enforcement process by reviewing and approving prospective resident applications and lease renewals, performing regular apartment inspections, adhering to proper notice requirements, executing eviction procedures when necessary, and enforcing the imposition and collection of allowable late fees and other charges as outlined in the lease terms. Conduct regular community inspections to identify maintenance issues, oversee building operations and systems maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance work, and identify and coordinate vendors for repairs, construction, and capital improvements with the Resident Manager.
