You’ll manage corporate compliance activities and coordinate closely with our legal teams, operations and electrification teams, and finance to keep a multi-state, multi-entity company in good standing, and you’ll run projects that help Legal deliver and the business scale: complex transactions, corporate governance, outside counsel and vendor management, legal budget and reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Corporate Governance & Entity Management: Maintain the corporate records for Zum and its subsidiaries: minute books, board and stockholder consents and resolutions, cap table support, and corporate level entity controls, signature and delegation policies, and other policy compliance activities.
