As a member of Travelers' Contracts & Technology Legal Group, the successful candidate will be involved in all facets of commercial contracting issues, serving as lead counsel on strategic technology, vendor and other commercial transactions, including a growing portfolio of artificial intelligence, data governance, and emerging technology matters. Structure, review, draft and negotiate sophisticated and complex technology-related, cloud, software, outsourcing, strategic alliances, marketing, content and data license and other agreements, including those relating to professional services, consulting, software licensing, software as a service, and artificial intelligence.
