Confidential Employer.Job Description<ul><li>Support attorneys and paralegals with litigation matters, client files, court filings, scheduling, and case administration.</li><li>Maintain attorney calendars, case deadlines, active file lists, and important litigation dates.</li><li>Draft, proofread, revise, and format letters, pleadings, motions, discovery, affidavits, correspondence, and other legal documents.</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, attorneys, staff, and outside professionals.</li><li>Organize, maintain, index, store, and retrieve paper and electronic case files.</li><li>Assist with discovery, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, trial preparation, hearings, and case materials.</li><li>Help prepare and file motions, pleadings, and routine litigation documents according to court procedures.</li><li>Research case-related information using existing files and other resources.</li><li>Track and monitor attorney CLE hours and assist with administrative follow-up.</li><li>Work with attorneys to support accurate monthly billing and timely case updates.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard client information at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Legal assistant, litigation assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal experience preferred.</li><li>Litigation support experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, electronic files, calendaring, and document management.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, formatting, and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.</li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.</li><li>High level of professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, and client service.</li><li>Experience with pleadings, discovery, court filings, trial preparation, or attorney support is a strong plus.</li></ul>Why You Will Love Working Here<ul><li>You will work in a professional, respected law firm environment where staff are valued.</li><li>You will support meaningful litigation work and play an important role in keeping cases organized and moving forward.</li><li>You will have the opportunity to grow your legal support skills while working with experienced attorneys and paralegals.</li><li>You will be part of a team that values collaboration, accuracy, confidentiality, and strong client service.</li><li>You will receive competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and professional development support.</li></ul>JPC-975Benefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul> Requirements: Must haves: 1+ yrs legal support experience.<ul><li dir="ltr">Nice to haves: litigation support experience</li><li dir="ltr">Additional context: Relocation- [no].
