This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.Candidates should have prior exposure to a legal or professional office setting and bring strong attention to detail, along with the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.Key Skills & Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>High level of professionalism when interacting with attorneys, clients, and third parties</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)</li><li>Knowledge of state and federal e-filing systems and procedures</li><li>Experience with electronic document management and file-sharing systems</li><li>Understanding of the litigation process and the role of a legal assistant</li><li>Familiarity with timekeeping, billing, and general administrative support processes</li><li>Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt to new technology</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and submit conflict checks and open new client matters</li><li>Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements</li><li>Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties at attorney direction</li><li>Manage and organize case files</li><li>Calendar and track court deadlines and litigation milestones</li><li>Assist attorneys with time entry and billing support</li><li>Prepare attorney reimbursements and office expense reports</li><li>Provide general administrative and office support as needed</li></ul>Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package based on experience (DOE), including:<ul><li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits</li><li>401(k) with employer matching and profit sharing</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
