Role: Deal-focused legal support across GSR's venture capital, broker-dealer, and asset management businesses, plus U.S. and international securities/crypto regulatory advice. The Vice President will work across a range of areas, including investments, asset management, broker-dealer activities, commercial agreements, and other matters that arise across the firm.
