M-F (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)Seeking a professional and detail-oriented Senior On-Site Services Specialist to support daily office operations in a fast-paced legal environment. This role includes hospitality services, mail and print center support, copy services, back-up reception duties, and general office support. Candidates must be comfortable handling confidential documents, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Operate copy, scanning, binding, and print production equipment.</li><li>Handle mail, shipping, receiving, fax distribution, and office supply management.</li><li>Perform document scanning, file conversion, OCR processing, and electronic file management.</li><li>Maintain conference rooms, visitor offices, coffee stations, and pantry areas.</li><li>Provide back-up reception support, including answering phones and responding to emails.</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot copier equipment; coordinate service and repairs as needed.</li><li>Deliver completed projects and materials to designated locations.</li><li>Maintain service logs, inventory records, and billing information as required.</li><li>Support meeting room setups, office moves, and light facility maintenance tasks.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of projects, often under tight deadlines.</li><li>Interact professionally with staff, clients, and executive-level personnel.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>1 2 years of related professional experience required.</li><li>Legal industry experience preferred; 2+ years highly desirable.</li><li>Print production and copy center experience preferred.</li><li>Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Professional telephone manner and appearance.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and office equipment.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; assistance available for heavier items.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to make sound decisions based on business needs and policies.</li></ul> Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
