In this role, you will: • Drive legislative and regulatory advocacy aligned to company priorities • Build trusted relationships with state, local, and federal stakeholders • Lead political programs including PAC strategy, grassroots engagement, and bill tracking • Advise leadership on policy developments, risks, and opportunities • Ensure full compliance with lobbying, ethics, and campaign finance laws. The ideal candidate brings: • 7-9+ years of government affairs, public policy, or legislative experience • Willing & able to be onsite 5 days/week (Headquarters = Columbus, OH) • Strong understanding of legislative and regulatory processes across jurisdictions • Proven ability to influence through coalition-building and direct advocacy • Exceptional judgment, credibility, and communication skills.
