Strong technology skills and an empathetic, hands-on approach are essential. Aides spend much of the day helping patrons with personal devices, printers, public computers, and other tech related needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys constant interaction, problem solving on the fly, and making the library a welcoming and community centered space.
