High School or GED degree and/or vocational training, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIESKnowledge of the methods, practices, tools and materials used in general maintenance and repair work.
