This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions while collaborating with a highly supportive team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, hospice aides, medical directors, social workers, complementary therapists, chaplains, and volunteers. The Hospice Chaplain serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary care team and is responsible for coordinating spiritual care services for patients and families of all faith traditions and backgrounds.
