Provide training in the following procedures/processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy: procedures in emergent situation, labs, entering orders, reading over behavior plans, training on behavior plans to understand the execution required for DCS, time management, planner, staffing notes, EHR changes (Menstrual cycle tracking and furlough changes), discharges, furloughs, inventory, entering FSBS, vital signs, weight, height, etc. In regards to patient restraint/seclusion issues or concerns, will assist the nurse in assessing and determining if either is necessary based on patient's nursing care plans and agency's policies and procedures to include obtaining physician's orders per policy, document all interventions in the EHR, perform on-going assessment for the duration of the restraint/seclusion and ensure all aspects of the restraint/seclusion are performed in accordance with the agency's policy and procedure.
