In this role, you will provide nursing care within your scope of practice, monitor residents' health, administer medications and treatments as authorized, and collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote resident safety and quality of care. LPNs should be comfortable providing hands-on nursing care, managing competing priorities, documenting care accurately, and working collaboratively with nursing staff in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
