Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms, performing patient intake and documentation in the electronic medical record, obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations and non-IV medications per protocol, and performing approved clinical procedures and point-of-care testing. The LPN assists providers during examinations and procedures, supports care coordination through patient education, follow-up, referrals, and remote patient monitoring, and collaborates closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to manage health maintenance, results, and registries.
