The role provides strategic oversight of problem credit relationships, develops and executes loss mitigation strategies, and partners with borrowers, legal counsel, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to maximize recoveries while minimizing credit losses. Partner with internal and external legal counsel, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, turnaround consultants, collection agencies, and other professionals regarding bankruptcies, foreclosures, litigation, receiverships, collateral liquidations, and debt restructurings.
