Ability to carry out and evaluate Aquatic programs, personnel effectiveness and efficiency; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing; ability to develop effective working relationships with Supervisors, State and Local Emergency Personnel, fellow workers, community-interest groups, and the public. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of principles and practices of aquatic programming, pool and spa operations, program evaluation methods, principles of employee supervision, interpersonal communication skills and public relations, budget development, technical writing and promotion of Aquatic programs.
