The ideal candidate will provide general advice and counsel to ensure the company is complying with applicable policies, regulations and laws, in part by maintaining an in-depth working knowledge of those policies, regulations and laws and of the existing and planned operations of the company, as well as having collaborative and constant communications with other attorneys within the Legal Department and other business partners within the Company. The Associate General Counsel, Litigation, will report directly to the General Counsel and provide ongoing and proactive legal guidance related to a broad range of pre-litigation and litigation matters, including labor and employment, general business disputes, class and collective actions, and professional liability matters/medical malpractice claims.
