Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with Human Resources, Legal, Labor Relations, Operations, Safety, healthcare providers, third-party administrators, vendors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to resolve complex employee health, compliance, and workforce well-being matters. The Occupational Health Supervisor drives proactive health strategies, manages complex clinical and compliance-related cases, oversees vendor partnerships, and develops solutions that promote employee well-being, reduce organizational risk, and enhance workforce productivity.
