You will create and implement interventions aimed at enhancing the family's ability to support the youth's functioning both at home and in the community, potentially preventing the need for admission to inpatient hospitals, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, or other treatment environments. You will offer a diverse range of community-based services, which include home and community-focused family therapy, in-home therapy, therapeutic training and support services, case management, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and assessments.
