Acceptable licenses may include Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent state-recognized behavioral health licensure, consistent with scope of practice and role responsibilities. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing behavioral health, social services, or counseling support in a healthcare, hospital, or community-based setting, including experience conducting patient and family assessments and coordinating care or resources.
