Inspect and verify the installation of ductwork, piping, insulation, chillers, boilers, pumps, air handling units (AHUs), and related mechanical and plumbing equipment for compliance with the contract documents, approved submittals and applicable building codes. Ability to communicate effectively with, persuade, and gain “buy-in” from, a broad range of stakeholders (e.g., executive team, leadership team, Business Unit Leaders, direct reports, clients, trade partners, and third party providers.
