The Front-End Loader/Plant Operator is responsible for the maintenance of all plant equipment and grounds, along with front-end loader operation when needed.Duties will include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Operating a front-end loader for stockpiling and loading customer trucks </li><li>Maintenance of conveyor systems and other plant equipment</li><li>Mowing and weed-eating of plant property</li><li>Painting plant equipment and buildings</li><li>Assisting with other operations as needed</li></ul>Work will be performed at a plant facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This position will operate during overnight shifts. Requirements of the position are:<ul><li>3 or more years of experience as a loader operator</li><li>Ability to load trucks using a Front-End Loader</li><li>Ability to work during severe conditions, including inclement weather</li><li>Ability to work 11 or more hours per day</li><li>Ability to work overnight shifts</li><li>Ability to work Saturdays when required</li><li>Ability and willingness to do manual labor, including lifting items as heavy as 50 pounds</li></ul>We supply high-quality sand and gravel in Central Arkansas from two distribution facilities located on the banks of the Arkansas River (North Little Rock and Conway).
