Lead the architecture, implementation strategy, and vendor coordination for API connections between Banks’ core systems, including ERP, timekeeping, telematics, estimating, equipment, Microsoft 365, and other operational platforms; directly prototype or build limited integrations when appropriate, but primarily manage execution through qualified vendors and consultants. Lead the selection, development, deployment, and adoption of internal GPTs, AI assistants, workflow bots, and future automation tools that improve productivity and reduce manual work, using outside developers or consultants where specialized build work is required.
