Front-End Loader OperatorSchedule  Thursday–Saturday and every other Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM We’re hiring a front-end loader operator for a charcoal factory seeking a reliable, safety-focused individual to support production and material handling operations in an industrial environment. Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a front-end loader to move raw materials, charcoal, and finished product throughout the facility</li><li>Load and unload materials into processing equipment, hoppers, and trucks</li><li>Maintain safe material flow to support continuous production</li><li>Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues</li><li>Climb ladders and access elevated areas as required for operations and inspections</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Follow all plant safety and environmental procedures</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of front-end loader operating experience</li><li>Physically capable of climbing ladders and working in an industrial environment</li><li>Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a dusty, hot manufacturing setting</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening</li><li>Steel toe shoes required</li></ul> Benefits<ul><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Healthcare coverages available</li></ul> If you’re a dependable equipment operator who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role could be a great fit for you.

Main Ingredients of the Job To load all the outbound orders into the designated tractor trailers in compliance with company procedures and standards. This makes sure the drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day’s deliveries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct trailer inspection before loading to insure trailer is clean, has the proper temperature and is ready for loading. Ensure all pallets are built according to stops and are securely wrapped to avoid damage during transport. Verify header labels on all pallets and check for damaged or outdated product before loading. Load trailer, ensuring bulkheads are placed correctly and are secured. Also, confirm load diagram is completed and submitted. Follow all safety work practices and maintain clean and orderly dock area. SUPERVISION RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Selectors, Leads/Supervisors, and Drivers External: QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Related Experience: A minimum of one year warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be pallet jack certified; Good attention to detail; Ability to read load diagrams; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must be team oriented and able to get along with others.
