This role will focus on community water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment systems, water distribution, sewage collection, wastewater pump stations, permitting, studies, construction documents, and construction administration. This person will play a key role in developing construction documents, designing treatment and piping systems, coordinating with regulatory agencies, supporting construction administration, and mentoring junior technical staff.
