Bachelor's degree in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, biometrics, systems, mechanical, software) with eight plus (6+) years of work experience in one of these fields, or Masters' degree with two plus (2+) years of work experience. Masters' degree or PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, or relevant engineering fields (i.e., electrical, computer, biometrics, systems, mechanical, software) with four plus (4+) years of work experience.
