Monitor stock levels, obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue• Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly• Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area• Wash all china, glass and silverware• Clean all equipment, pots and pans• Store all equipment in proper locations• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen• Maintain a clean and safe working environment• Transport food and equipment throughout venue.
