This role will coordinate trainee development across vocal, dance, performance, music, wellness, and education while partnering closely with Creative, Casting, A&R, instructors, and project leadership to support each trainee’s growth and overall readiness. • Experience supporting the development of recording artists, performers, models, actors, trainees, athletes, or other high-potential young talent.
