We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Roll Form Machine Loader for a client located in Greenville, SC.This role is essential for supporting machine operators by ensuring materials are properly loaded and the production line runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent attendance, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safely load raw materials into roll form machines, ensuring continuous production flow.</li><li>Assist machine operators in monitoring machine performance and material needs.</li><li>Perform visual quality checks to detect product defects or material issues.</li><li>Operate or assist with overhead cranes or hoists when moving heavier materials (crane operation experience preferred).</li><li>Lift, push, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.</li><li>Communicate promptly with supervisors and team members regarding production challenges or equipment concerns.</li><li>Work effectively in varying temperatures within the warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).</li><li>Support the production schedule and adapt to changing priorities and demands.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Proven ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs throughout an entire shift.</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods (10-12 hours). </li><li>Strong reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality record.</li><li>Flexibility to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality standards.</li><li>Capability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.</li><li>Basic math and measurement skills.</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting preferred.</li><li>Crane operation experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Understanding of and commitment to plant safety policies and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Fast-paced industrial and warehouse environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying seasonal temperatures.</li><li>Required use of PPE, including steel-toe boots, gloves, ear plugs and safety glasses.</li></ul> 1st Shift- 5am to 3:30pm$17.00 per hour
