<div><strong>Position Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Drivers/Crew Chiefs - at least $25/hr plus tips (rate may be higher based on experience).</li><li>Additional $2.50/hr paid during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).</li><li>Year Round position. Unlike most moving companies, we stay busy YEAR ROUND and have hours available for those looking to earn.</li></ul><div><br/>Join the crew that was named 'Best of NH' the past 3 years and 'Best of the Seacoast' the last 6 years!</div><div><br/><strong>Job Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Hours are Mon-Fri plus alternating Saturdays.</li><li>Hours vary based on the job, but typically 7:30-4:30.</li><li>Positive attitude and hard working.</li><li>Opportunities for advancement will be made available to employees who show a capability and desire to take on a higher level of responsibility.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>Hourly pay plus tips.</li><li>6 paid holidays after 6 months of employment.</li><li>1 week paid vacation & 3 sick days after 1 year of employment. (2 weeks paid vacation after 3 years of employment).</li><li>Paid health insurance (Healthcare Reimbursement Account).</li><li>Dental plan (100% company-paid).</li><li>401k retirement savings plan with company match.</li><li>DOT Medical Card paid by the company (Drivers).</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs (furniture and other objects as required by the job).</li><li>Reliable transportation.</li><li>Available Monday through Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.</li><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>Willingness to work as a member of a team.</li><li>Driver candidates must have DOT medical card or able to get one (CDL not required).</li></ul>
