Prior Reverse Mortgage Experience is required. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Effectively manage and process a full pipeline of mortgage loan files</li><li>Evaluate loan files for regulatory compliance and completeness</li><li>Accurately review and input pertinent loan data into operational systems</li><li>Order supplementary vendor products, such as title reports and property appraisals</li><li>Obtain required underwriting conditions from loan officer and/or loan applicant(s)</li><li>Utilize FHA Connection to update loan data as needed</li><li>Communicate pipeline and file status to retail sales channels and management</li><li>Work closely with all operational departments to establish productive and efficient workflows</li><li>Complete required checklists and worksheets</li></ul>Experience and Education:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan processing required</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required</li><li>Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office products</li><li>Strong customer service and time management skills a must</li><li>Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry</li></ul> The hourly rate for this position is $24-30 per hour.  Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage diverse, talented, qualified applicants to apply. We offer an extensive compensation package. If you are a producing MLO with an established referral network and the drive to build something of your own, this role offers the autonomy, resources, and uncapped earning potential to do exactly that. You will not be micromanaged here — you will be trusted to perform.   What You Will Do<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers from initial consultation through loan closing, delivering a smooth and transparent experience at every stage</li><li>Evaluate each client’s full financial picture — credit, income, assets, and goals — to identify the right loan structure and product fit</li><li>Originate across a range of product types including conventional, fixed-rate, FHA, VA, and USDA loan programs</li><li>Gather, organize, and review all required documentation to prepare complete and accurate loan applications</li><li>Stay in close contact with processors, underwriters, and all parties to the transaction to keep the process moving and keep clients informed</li><li>Maintain strict compliance with applicable federal, state, and lender guidelines without allowing regulatory requirements to erode the client experience</li><li>Proactively develop new business through referral relationships, community presence, and personal marketing — this is not an inbound seat</li><li>Cultivate and protect long-term referral partnerships with real estate professionals, builders, and other financial service providers in your market</li></ul>  What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Active NMLS licensure in one or more of the following states: California, Idaho, Utah, Texas, or Colorado; multi-state licensing is a competitive advantage</li><li>A minimum of two years of hands-on mortgage origination experience with a verifiable production history</li><li>At least two years of direct experience originating fixed-rate mortgage products</li><li>Solid command of mortgage guidelines across conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA product types</li><li>An active book of referral relationships — agents, builders, or financial professionals who send you business — that you can bring to this platform</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex loan terms into clear guidance for clients</li><li>A self-directed working style and the organizational discipline to manage a full pipeline remotely without day-to-day supervision</li><li>Sales instinct and relationship-building ability backed by a consistent track record of closing</li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2>Earnings are commission-based and directly tied to production. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
 
<ul><li>Prepares meals for FOCAF participants following menus prepared by the Health and Safety Manager and in compliance with health and safety regulations issued by Head Start, District Health Department and the USDA.</li><li>Makes menu modifications needed to reflect availability of food and supplies.</li><li>Maintains sanitary conditions in the kitchen, food storage and transportation carts.</li><li>Conducts meal count for each meal and complies information on Ipad and HealthePro.</li><li>Compiles daily, weekly and/or monthly reports on number of prepared and served meals.</li><li>Ensures dietary reports are up to date.</li><li>Teams with the Cook’s Assistant and center staff to provide nutrition information to program participants, families, and staff.</li><li>Assures the kitchen facilities are maintained in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition, meeting all health regulations regarding food preparation and handling.</li><li>Assures that special diet needs of identified children are met and that foods provoking allergies are not served to those children with special eating needs.
