The Mortgage Loan Originator develops new business to support the Companys sales objectives by making independent sales calls on existing and/or potential customers and referral sources, community and professional organizations, and by the retention of current relationships. In addition, the MLO continually identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of business relationships (i.e., Realtors, Builders, CPAs, etc.) that serves as a recurring source of referrals for new mortgage lending opportunities.
