This role reviews loan documentation for accuracy and compliance, coordinates with borrowers and key stakeholders throughout the lending process, resolves issues that may impact loan approval or closing timelines, and ensures mortgage files are maintained in accordance with company, investor, and regulatory requirements. Proactively manage assigned files and tasks from initiation through resolution, anticipating next steps, following up with all parties necessary to move the loan forward, and closing the loop with borrowers, referral partners, and team members.
