Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and product leaders, the Product Designer will help shape and improve the end-to-end commercial lending experience by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and deliver scalable business solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to understand how commercial bankers and credit teams operate, gather requirements, define future-state processes, and support delivery of enhancements that drive business value and operational effectiveness.
