Maintains the physical facilities of the school by performing a wide variety of general upkeep and repair tasks, including but not limited to: replacing light bulbs, ceiling and floor tile replacement, roof and drain cleaning and repairs, servicing lock and hardware devices, welding, repairing, and replacing window screens, mirror cutting and replacements, wall repairs including patching and painting, boarding up and replacement of broken or damaged windows/doors, etc. NOTE: To ensure compliance with an applicable preliminary nationwide injunction, which may be supplemented, modified, or vacated, depending on the course of ongoing litigation, the Federal Government will take no action to implement or enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement pursuant to Executive Order 14043 on Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees.
